Felicia Murrell, spiritual director and author of And: The Restorative Power of Love in an Either/Or World, invites us to explore how the practice of beholding Love returns us to ourselves and more fully to a love ethos that can be embodied as a way of being in the world.

This two-hour retreat will offer a supportive space to widen and deepen our own compassionate listening practice and will also offer contemplative writing and guided meditation practices to cultivate inner strength and self-awareness.
